Terms of Service

The terms for using Permafrost Wiki: fan-site status, how to use our guides, image credits, external links and the limits of our liability.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Accepting these terms

By using Permafrost Wiki (“the Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site is an unofficial, fan-made wiki. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to SpaceRocket Games, Toplitz Productions or any official Permafrost team. Game names, content and trademarks belong to their owners.

Guide content

  • Guides and tips are provided as-is, for information only.
  • Permafrost is in Early Access, so mechanics, recipes and numbers can change with updates. We label how each claim was sourced, but we cannot promise every page is complete or current.
  • Where something has not been verified, we say so rather than publish a guess.
  • Prices, discounts and platform plans can change. Check the official store page before you buy.

Acceptable use

  • Do not try to access our systems without permission.
  • Do not scrape or bulk-download the Site with automated tools without asking first.
  • Do not republish our content without credit and a link back.
  • Do not interfere with how the Site works for others.

Intellectual property

Our original text and guides are protected by copyright. Game screenshots, trailers, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners; showing them here does not imply endorsement or any transfer of rights.

Images and credits

Screenshots on the Site come from the official Permafrost Steam store page, and video covers come from official trailers. They are credited to SpaceRocket Games and Toplitz Productions. A credit is not a licence, and we cannot grant permission to reuse third-party material.

Rights holders can ask for a credit change or removal at contact@permafrost-wiki.site. Please include the page address, the image, your relationship to the rights holder and what you would like us to do.

The Site links to services such as Steam, GOG, the Epic Games Store, Discord and YouTube. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

  • The Site is provided without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for damages arising from using, or being unable to use, the Site.
  • We are not responsible for decisions, including purchases, made based on information on the Site.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions can be sent to contact@permafrost-wiki.site.
